Supports women in confidently navigating long-term careers at Isaac by fostering a culture of growth, resilience, and fulfillment through roundtables, exchange sessions, and targeted development opportunities.

Mental Wellness

Envisions a workplace where mental health is embraced without stigma. The group creates open dialogue through exchange sessions and “brainwave” conversations on mental wellness, alongside tools, programming, and support for sustainable performance.

We pair this grassroots momentum with structured listening and accountability. Every two years, we conduct a company-wide DEI survey to better understand the lived experiences of our team. We share results transparently, anonymized and distilled, translate insights into clear, actionable priorities, and hold ourselves accountable to measurable progress. To ensure objectivity, we partner with external experts to help identify and mitigate bias in both our analysis and our actions.
