As a director at Isaac, Matti works alongside businesses to design and implement changes that drive transformational results.
Since 2014, Matti has built a strong track record of successful improvement projects, with exceptional results across various sectors including: nuclear, defense, automotive, shipbuilding, manufacturing and private equity.
Within the private equity sector, Matti has uncovered financial value through his leadership of diagnostics in the due diligence and pre-sale phases. He has helped to execute investment theses by implementing improvement plans and advising firms on the future of their portfolio companies.
The nuclear industry has been a focus for Matti over the past few years. He has led Isaac’s effort to improve financial performance for firms in the industry by using a data-driven approach to identify and deliver improvement opportunities. These projects have led to substantial cost and schedule savings, increased reliability of equipment, and improved corporate culture.
