Alex is a director who primarily works with clients to foster a culture of productivity by focusing on the human element of operational performance.

Alex works closely with corporate managers, supervisors and employees on the shop floor to implement systems and accountability structures that drive continuous improvement. With the end goal of transforming corporate culture, Alex helps sustain results over the long-term by training people at all levels of a business on how to use the tools available to keep improvements on track.

Since joining isaac in 2011, Alex has delivered a number of improvement programs across various industries including automotive, food processing, baked goods, cheese production, and detergent manufacturing.

Alex has an Honours Degree in Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He is a member of several industry associations including Food Processors of Canada (FPC) and Food and Beverage Ontario (FBO). In his spare time, he can be found mountain biking or skiing in the trees of Eastern and Western Canada.
