Here’s a Look at our 6-Step
Corporate Assessment Process

We facilitate a comprehensive, six-stage process, that’s designed to determine whether Isaac is right for you, and whether you’re right for Isaac.

The entire process is about 4-6 weeks.

1

Phone Screen
(15 minutes)
Have a conversation with someone from our recruitment team to ensure there is alignment for the role and company.

2

Online Assessment
(25 minutes)
You will receive an invite to complete 2 assessments – cognitive & behavioural’.

3

1st Round Interview
(60 minutes)
A discussion with 2 senior team members that focuses on your experience, competency alignment, and overall alignment with Isaac.

4

2nd Round Case Interview
(2.5 hours)
You will be taught about a common Isaac problem solving approach for 30 minutes and will then have 60 minutes to complete a case study. You will spend. 60 minutes presenting/discussing the case to 2 of our Partners. (Front Office Consulting roles only – Head Office roles will jump to step 5)

Final Round Interview
(2 hours)
The final interview will be with two team members and will focus on alignment for the key functions and deliverables for the role.

Offer Discussion
(45 minutes)
If successful, we will review the role and offer with you in detail and answer any final questions you may have to support your decision in joining the Isaac team.

Submit Your Application
Submit your resume online and answer a few short questions.

2

Complete 2 Online Assessments
(45 minutes)
Successful candidates will be invited to complete an online numerical, cognitive, and behavioural assessment.

3

Video Interview
(15 minutes)
If you pass the assessment, you’ll be invited to complete a self-recorded video interview.

4

Selection Day
Successful candidates will be invited to Toronto to participate in a day filled with interviews, learning, collaboration, and case studies.

5

Selection Day / Night
Successful candidates will be invited out for dinner with a few members of the team.

6

Final Interview/ Case Study
(2 hours)
You will spend the first hour completing a case study, and the second hour presenting your ideas to two senior team members followed by some additional interview questions.
