Nick is a Vice President at isaac with extensive experience in production, project management and planning. He has worked closely with clients in a broad range of industries from defense contractors to industrial & consumer goods suppliers.
Nick’s relentless tenacity for driving performance improvement has enabled him to realize impressive results such as helping a marine company accelerate a 24-month major refit program by 15 weeks; reducing a ship build program cost by over $14 million; and increasing productivity on a package line by 60%. It’s the kind of measurable improvement that makes Nick a valuable partner to our clients as they look to achieve improvements to their operations and bottom line.
Nick personifies isaac’s collaborative approach and commitment to building strong relationships. Whether he’s working with leadership teams on process-mapping and capacity planning projects, or on the shop floor with production staff to implement improvements, he is passionate about working with all the various teams that are invested in a company’s success. This commitment to collaboration and relationship-building also extends to Nick’s work within isaac, where he plays a key role in developing motivational initiatives for our people.
Nick studied Mechanical Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Toronto where he has since been a guest lecturer. Outside of work, Nick can be found camping in the backcountry, snowboarding in the mountains or indulging his love for spicy food.
