Bryan is a Vice President at isaac who works with owners and senior executives to drive bottom line profit gains and operational improvements. His ability to quickly understand complex challenges and implement practical solutions has led to notable results such as helping a client increase capacity across two products lines worth over $3m per year additional profit, within the span of four weeks. Or helping a complex aerospace component manufacturer to double output and reduce lead time by more than 60%, while decreasing cost per part.
Committed to helping build world class organizations, Bryan has a breadth of experience across industries, challenges and constraints. He has managed and delivered transformational programs in a broad range of markets including: aerospace, shipbuilding, packaging, consumer goods, food processing and healthcare.
Applying an analytical and rigorous approach, Bryan works with key client decision-makers to make operational improvements with an eye to their long-term success. He also works closely with isaac’s consultants to drive results and keep programs on track, and ensure isaac’s values are instilled. A regular guest speaker, Bryan has been invited to share his insights at various industry forums and conferences.
Bryan holds an Engineering degree from The University of Western Ontario. He was a member of Western’s varsity rowing team for five years, and currently stays active as an avid runner, cyclist and busy father.
