As the president and founder of isaac, Adrian has led the company since its inception in 2003. He’s responsible for overseeing the management and growth of the organization, while assuring that his team consistently delivers on isaac’s guarantee of operational improvement. Adrian’s ability to help companies quickly turn around their operations has led to numerous successes for our clients, including the safeguarding of 300 jobs at a plant that was at risk of being shut down due to poor performance, or helping another client achieve 40% top line growth as a result of our work.
Adrian regularly travels across North America to meet with key clients and speaks to senior business leaders about strategies to improve productivity and drive profit. He has presented to organizations ranging from the Food Processors of Canada, the Canadian Meat Council, the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, as well as speaking at the American Manufacturing Summit.
Epitomizing isaac’s hands-on, collaborative approach, Adrian enjoys working closely with our clients to help them increase their profits while making sure to have fun along the way. Above all, he is deeply committed to delivering on what we say we will do for them.
Adrian has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Biomechanical Engineering from Leeds University. His thought leadership has been featured in the Globe and Mail and Private Capital magazine. When he’s not in the boardroom or on the shop floor working with his clients, he’s been known to enjoy off-road racing, even once placing fourth in the Baja 500.
